Dear J.R. and Staff,
I felt the need to let you know what I feel about
my recent accident repairs that you took care of
for me on my 2001 Mustang GT.
Three hours after I dropped of my car I received
a call from your mechanical shop explaining there
findings, then another two calls the next day.
the 3rd day I get a call from the collision side,
then another from my adjuster. I was so caught off
guard by the level of customer service that I was
getting, I was made to feel like my car was the
only one in your shop even though I knew you had
dozens going on from when I left my car with you.
I can go on and on about it but I will some it up
by saying thank you sooo much for the high end
service that you have provided to me and my car. I
received it back today and it looks better then
before the accident!
As you know I am a senior manager in a high end
retailer that also believes in the same level of
customer service that you and your staff have
displayed and will recommend your services without
hesitation.Please let your entire staff know how
awesome they are.
